U S A (11-18, April 1993): Visit to the Kennedy School of Government and the Harvard Institute of International Development, Harvard University, Boston, and the Economic Development Institute, World Bank, Washington DC, in connection with the preparation to teach the course on Development Policy in S. E. Asia in the Master of Public Policy Programme at the National University of Singapore.
